
Kale Slaw
Kale has a thick stalk and curly green leaves. This is prepared with raw Kale, which guarantees the most nutrients!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp . lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp . mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp . Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp each salt & pepper

Whisk ingredients together in a large bowl

Remove ribs & tough stems from curly Kale; thinly slice leaves

Add Kale to bowl with dressing, along with 1 small apple chopped & ½ cup toasted walnuts chopped. Toss to combine & voila!
