Still in dreamland here at Fresh From the Farms after a weekend eating wonderful food with both friends and family! Hope you enjoyed your weekend as well. Looking ahead to delivery day on Thursday, we are expecting to have more strawberries, lettuce, asparagus, microgreens, spinach, and other fine local produce.
Wendy and I are pleased to offer Breadsmith’s Blueberry Pie Bread (http://www.breadsmith.com/breads.html) to our boxes this week. On your request, we’ll deliver it to you in your farm box for $7. Nothing seems more delicious than a loaf from our favorite local artisan bread maker on this 52-degree day in Fort Mill.
**Please note: Fresh pasta is also available this week.*** Fresh pasta is available by the pound for $6. Just go to pastaandprovisions.com under the “From the kitchen” tab, and browse the pasta flavor/variety options. Let us know what kind you would like by Tuesday (4/24) at 10am, so we can give Pasta and Provisions ample time to prepare your order.
Also, just let us know if you’d like to add a dozen free-range, cage-free eggs ($3.50) or a pound of raw, local honey ($8.00) to your order.
