Pak Choi
Ingredients
- 1 lb pak choi shredded
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp corn starch
Instructions

Heat the oil and fry the spring onions until lightly browned.

Add the pak choi and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Stir fry the pak chois, nicely cut up, in the oil. When they start to wrinkle, add peanut butter and soy sauce.

Steam for a few minutes, then serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds on for extra decoration.
