Lemon Balsamic Dressing

A delightful addition to your lettuce and other local greens.


  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp local raw honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 zest of lemon


  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and local raw honey.

  2. Add in a steady stream, while continuing to whisk, extra virgin olive oil.

  3. Add salt and pepper mix, and the zest of one lemon.

  4. Mix thoroughly and serve.
