Collard Greens


Ingredients

  • collards
  • garlic
  • 3 tbsp peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in Wok until smoking

  2. Toss in Collards (cut into pieces that are smaller than 2 inches) and Garlic stir constantly until wilted and slightly browned

  3. Season with salt and pepper and finish with Vinegar of your choice.
